By checking the box, the Application Developer agrees and acknowledges that nothing in this Agreement
shall constitute a partnership among the Parties hereto nor constitute employer and employee relationship
nor constitute one as the agent of the other. By using the GoodGames Platform service,
the Application Developer agrees to grant all its rights and licenses to the Company in order to publish
and provide relevant service of the application. The Application Developer agrees that using the GoodGames Platform service
is the co-publishing and cooperation between the Application Developer and the Company to publish and provide relevant service of the application.
